As a Lead Painter, you will be responsible for overseeing painting projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and managing a team of painters.

Responsibilities: - Lead and supervise a team of painters, providing guidance and instruction as needed - Plan and coordinate painting projects, including determining the necessary materials and equipment - Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and patching as required - Apply paint or other finishes using various techniques such as brushing, rolling, or airless spray - Ensure that all work is completed according to specifications and meets quality standards - Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines - Maintain a safe work environment by following safety guidelines and protocols - Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors as needed Qualifications: - Proven experience as a painter in the construction industry - Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and tools - Ability to lead and manage a team effectively - Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work - Proficient in using power tools and equipment related to painting - Familiarity with frame carpentry, concrete finishing, plastering, or other related skills is a plus - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Good communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and contractors Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions.
