Position Description:
360 Fire & Flood is looking to an experienced Carpenter to the team.
The ideal candidate would have experience in: Drywall work, rough framing, window and door install, trim install, drywall finish, flooring, kitchen install, finish carpentry, demo work, mold remediation, and water damage repair.
Responsibilities:
Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to fully grasp requirements
Assisting supervisors with structural design, planning, layout, and installation.
Take measurements and calculate the size and amount of material needed
Conduct repair work and installation of doors, windows, drywall, cabinets, stairs, and other fixtures as required.
Ability to assess the quality of woodwork and materials.
Ability to operate tools, machines, and other equipment.
Compliance with local building codes, and health and safety regulations.
Provide excellent customer service.
Ability to stand for prolonged periods, climb, pull, and lift heavy objects.
Build scaffolding and other construction structures
Must be willing to learn new task/jobs
Must be available to work overtime and weekends, and participate in the on-call rotation for emergency after hours calls
