*Fireplace-Stove Service Technician*
*Job Overview:*
We are seeking hardworking, dependable Fireplace/Stove Service Technician(s) to join our team in Rockford Michigan.
In this role you would be responsible for providing installations of fireplaces, stoves and inserts, along with any necessary maintenance.
Prior experience in HVAC or installation of fireplaces or stoves is a plus! We are a family-owned company and we strive for high quality customer service.
*Responsibilities:*
* Provide safe installations of wood burning, natural gas, propane and electric fireplaces and or stoves in new constructions or existing homes.
* Complete all job specific paperwork and timesheets accurately in a timely manner.
* Preserve a clean, organized, stocked work vehicle.
* Develop an in-depth understanding of hearth products as well as the installation process.
* Diagnose and service various brands and types of fireplaces, stoves and/or inserts.
* Abide by all safety and industry guidelines.
* Maintain professionalism and decorum while providing high quality customer service to our clients.
*Qualifications:*
* Knowledge of fireplaces, stoves, inserts (wood pellet, natural gas, and propane) is a plus
* Ability to lift 50lbs or more
* Valid Driver’s license
* Framing/building experience is preferred, however, not required
* HVAC experience
* Experience in customer service, framing/building, and or construction
* Able to work Overtime, and occasional weekends
* Strong work ethic and strong problem-solving skills
* Desire to learn and grow
Pay Rate: $19.
