Need Land to use for market garden (Jenison)

In search of a smaller area of land to plant a market garden on.
Could be as small as a 1/4 of an acre up to a few acres.
Needs to be within 20 min of Jenison/Hudsonville so it can be cared for daily.
Would use to grow vegetables to sell at farmers market.
Needs to have access to some kind of water.
Also would like to raise chickens for meat if an area allowed, but not a must.
Terms and needs can be discussed more.
Hoping to find someone who has a piece of their yard or corner of their farm/field.
Would be willing to pay to lease, and or trade for meat/produce.
