Im single male (Grand Rapids)

I’m single male looking for a whole house to do land contract with someone that will not over charge me for the house I need a three bedroom with a basement and a two stall garage and I’m on a fix income I’m willing to pay 400 a month and I will pay all the bills and taxes insurance it needs to have all the electrical and heating and gas and all the roof really done and you know in the majority of the work done maybe couple things that I can do myself if it really needs to and the roof electrical and all the gas lines need to be up you know in working traditions, other than that I can do all the drywall and plumbing myself
