Seeking a landlord who has rentals (Grand rapids Mi)

I'm seeking a landlord who will be having rentals available for a two bedroom home, in a good and safe area of grand rapids.
Looking to rent not buy.
Can not exceed over 1,350.
Must be clean, and able to pass housing inspection.
This would be for one reliable senior, monthly income, no criminal, no past evictions, non smoker, very quiet.
