*Job Description*
The IT Specialist position is for a person desiring to gain knowledge and experience in many different aspects of Information Technologies.
The IT Specialist will assist the IT Supervisor in various ways by working on projects that may including running cabling, replacing computer equipment, testing computer equipment, assisting with programming projects, working closely with users, department managers, and other IT staff.
This individual may specify, design, and support software programs, reports, and forms and develop supporting documentation for such.

*Responsibilities May Include:*
· Monitor and learn how systems function
* Provide end-user training and support
* Work with IT staff to integrate new systems/applications into Rapid-Line’s systems
* Implement system personalization and customization as needed
* Actively participate in the continuous improvement and support of the IT Department
* Update and document all internal procedures as necessary
* Perform related duties as required or assigned
* Ability to work with multiple user groups of all levels
* Create track record of success working as a team member: understanding personal and team roles; contributing to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members; proactively seeking guidance, clarification and feedback; and providing guidance, clarification and feedback to less experienced team members.
* Comfortable working closely with IT staff in the design and optimization of data, transformation, and control of data attributes and objects that span enterprise applications.

* A determination to research, resolve issues, and make improvements
* Ability to create easy to understand documentation
* Some education and/or experience with IT required
* Experience in an IT role preferred

There is an opportunity to earn a sign-on perfect attendance bonus of $500 at 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, 120 days, and 150 days.
Total potential sign-on bonus is $2,500.
