Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Engineer to join our team.
We are a growing manufacturing/fabrication company that is expanding quickly in the communication, government/military, and food industry.
As an Engineer, you will be responsible for various tasks related to root cause analysis, data collection, scripting, and sales.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve technical issues
- Collect and analyze data to support decision-making and process improvements
- Develop and implement scripts for automation and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize engineering solutions
- Perform laboratory experiments and tests to validate designs and ensure quality
- Apply engineering principles to solve complex problems in areas such as mechanical engineering
- Utilize software tools such as SolidWorks, C++, or GD&T to develop and optimize designs
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or MATLAB
- Familiarity with quantum engineering concepts and applications is a plus
- Strong data collection and analysis skills
- Knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and practices
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred
- Proficiency in software tools such as SolidWorks, C++, or GD&T
