We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative.
A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer and vendor accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
A CSR will also process orders and follow-up with both customers and vendors.
The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers.
They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative.
Problem-solving comes naturally to customer care specialists.
They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to resolve customer/vendor needs.
The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer and vendor inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
*Responsibilities*
* Manage inbound and outbound calls and emails from customers and vendors
* Troubleshoot common issues with products or services
* Enter data and process orders
* Work closely with a team of CSRs and other departments to find appropriate solutions
* Provide excellent customer service, negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to recognize and support the specific needs of each customer
* Assist customers with order inquiries and return procedures
* Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
* Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution
* Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
* Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
* Take the extra mile to engage customers
*Skills*
* Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
* Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
* Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
* Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
* Ability to answer a high volume of calls and emails daily
* Analytical and problem-solving skills
* Display patience under pressure
* Positive attitude with an optimistic outlook
* Must be comfortable with MS Word, Excel, QuickBooks, etc.
* High school degree
* Ability to work Monday to Friday from 8am to 4:30pm.

Pay: From $19.
