We are currently hiring a Front Desk Concierge for our growing company.
The Front Desk Concierge must enjoy engaging with patients in a positive professional manner.
This is an exciting, fast-paced job were you will engage with 100-200 people per day.
A take charge personality is a must, since you are the captain in the front office.
Your primary roles will be to greet all practice members, answer phone, direct patient flow, schedule appointments and collect any over the counter payments.
In addition to the front desk procedures you will be trained in taking static EMG scans, thermal scans, heart rate variability scans, Spinal X-rays.
You must have an outgoing personality, be able to multitask easily, pay attention to detail, have good math logic and willing to step into other roles as needed.
