Our Client Care Representatives must be able to discern good judgment in a fast-paced, progressive, 8-Doctor practice serving a diverse client base.
Ideal candidate will have previous veterinary office experience, be professional, have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, excel in a multitasking environment, and posses a strong work ethic.
Primary responsibilities include appointment scheduling, client education, cash-handling and establishing a personal connection with pet owners that extends beyond the leash.
Applicants must be comfortable with technology such as Google drive, electronic medical records, portable payment devices, email, etc.
In addition, you will be required to be punctual and display a positive and professional demeanor among clients and fellow team members as we strive to create a positive experience for all.
This position includes 4 day work week from Monday to Saturday, with an occasional 2 hour Sunday shift.
Applicants must be able to lift 40lbs, have the ability to sit and stand for long periods of time, and provide a wide open schedule of availability, Monday through Sunday.
