The Tru by Hilton Comstock Park Grand Rapids is seeking highly enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Front Desk Agents, for the new build, Tru by Hilton Comstock Park Grand Rapids.
The hotel opened on March 3, 2021 and offers a fun and exciting opportunity to work with a service first company, with future growth opportunities.
The Tru by Hilton Comstock Park Grand Rapids has 100 guestrooms.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and courteously
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Requirements:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Bilingual (preferred)
- Previous experience in guest services or front desk role (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Hospitality or hotel management education or certification is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
