Contact Center Specialist

Preferred Credit Union has a full-time opening for a Contact Center Specialist.
Essential duties include, but are not limited to: * Managing inbound and outbound phone calls in a professional and knowledgeable manner * Providing thorough and accurate information as requested * Referring additional products and services * Problem solving * Additional tasks as assigned by the department Manager To succeed in this position, you will need excellent customer service and computer skills along with excellent oral and written communication skills.
The ideal candidate will have prior call center and/or sales experience.
This is a first shift position, Monday - Friday, with occasional Saturday hours.
