*About the Job:*
As a Hub banker, you will have the opportunity to help customers improve their financial lives by leveraging knowledge of our products and services, including our full suite of digital offerings.
You will play a critical role in issue resolution.
And you will represent for many customers the voice of the bank.
Perks of the position include the opportunity to work a hybrid schedule after successful training (three days in the office and two days at home).
Additionally, you will be eligible for monthly incentive.
Successful bankers will have the opportunity to be promoted within the department, resulting in higher pay, deeper knowledge, and greater impact.
*Working Arrangements:*
This is a hybrid opportunity and you can expect to work as few as 3 days in the office each week, and as many as 2 days from home!
The *shifts* for this position are:
* Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 5:30pm, with rotating Saturdays.
* Monday - Friday from 9:30am - 6:00pm, with rotating Saturdays.

*What You Will Do:*
* Answer inbound calls in a fast paced environment
* Assist customers with account information.
* Provide assistance to customers with overdrawn accounts.
* Prepare letters, emails and provide follow up on all aspects of customer communication needs
* Provide service to customers in all facets of online banking, mobile banking, and bill pay needs.
* Support new accounts opened on-line
* Process stop-payments, card disputes and fax requests
* Provide clerical support for various report preparation and account monitoring
* Escalate issues as needed.
* Manage multiple projects and priorities without losing focus.
* Perform additional duties as assigned.
*What We’re Looking For:*
* High School Diploma or related required.
Associates degree in a related field preferred.
* High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, comfort with new technologies, and ability to learn new processes.
* Branch and/or Customer Service experience required.
* Excellent verbal and written communications.
* Rotating shifts.
Ability to work various schedules, including late hours, and 1-2 Saturdays per month.
