2nd Shift Front Desk Agent

### Duties: - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately - Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries - Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions - Assist guests with luggage storage, transportation arrangements, and other requests - Process payments and maintain accurate records - Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and resolve issues promptly - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area ### Experience: - Previous experience working in a hotel or hospitality industry preferred - Familiarity with hotel management systems and phone systems - Bilingual skills (if applicable) to assist non-English speaking guests - Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally - Knowledge of night audit procedures is a plus If you are a friendly, customer-oriented individual with a passion for hospitality, we would love to have you join our team as a Front Desk Agent.
