Insurance Customer Service Representative

The Plouff Family AAA Agency, in SE Grand Rapids, is adding a Customer Service Specialist to help with billing, renewals and inbound customer calls.
*Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* * Answer all inbound calls with a focus on first contact resolution * Help our customers with payments, changes, and general inquiry's * Contact customers with policy issues and overdue bills * Assist the team with getting customer documents signed and uploaded * Contact customers with upcoming renewals to get their documents signed *Benefits:* * Hourly ($16-19/hr) plus bonuses for sales and referrals * Continuous in office training * Flexible with time off *Requirements:* * MI P&C License Required * Insurance Experience Required Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $16.
