ABOUT THE POSITION The Customer Experience Specialist helps all of Marketlab's loyal customers get their questions answered and inquiries resolved.
Our Customer service is outstanding because this position is consistently seeking to exceed expectations and deliver the best.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Consistently exceed all customer expectations.
Respond to incoming inquiries on orders, product, and pricing with a focus on First Call Resolution.
Resolve all customer complaints/issues with a sense of urgency Multi-task across multiple platforms and conversations, prioritizing phone calls Thorough communication with internal partners and customers QUALIFICATIONS One or more years of related experience and/or training in an office environment.
Self-directed in completion of daily work and the ability to multi-task.
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with external customers and/or co-workers (internal customers).
Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
