*Overview:* As a Client Service Associate, you are a critical member of the team along with our financial advisors.
You are the first voice a client hears when the call on the phone, the first face they see when they walk in the door.
You have many responsibilities but the most important is getting to know your clients so well that you not only help them identify their problems, but you see them coming a mile away.
You and our financial advisors are essential in working together to help our clients achieve the most cherished financial goals.
*Duties:* - Perform clerical functions related to opening client accounts and ongoing account maintenance based on account features chosen by the client.
Assist in obtaining required documents based upon the type of account(s) established.
- Perform operational or administrative functions for client related requests (i.
e.
, check requests, wiring funds, address change, dividend information, etc.
) - Provide reports and other information to Advisors as requested.
- Organization: Filing, maintaining client contact lists, and developing filing systems - Communication: Answering phones, directing communications between colleagues and clients, and drafting correspondence - Scheduling: Scheduling appointments and meetings - Software: Maintaining office CRM - Advisor Admin Support: Maintaining and managing client account opening process, facilitate monthly money transfers, initiating client money movement requests - Support: Helping other staff members, coordinating travel arrangements, and providing general support to visiting clients - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services - Utilize Orion or similar CRM software to manage client interactions and track progress - Assist in project management activities, including coordinating client onboarding and training *Skills and Requirements: * - Ability to deepen and broaden client relationships - Ability to identify opportunities to create efficiency - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment - Proficient in current and new office technology - Willingness to learn how financial services and markets work - Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the financial services industry - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in project management principles and tools *Benefits:* - Comprehensive health insurance package - Retirement savings plan with employer match - Paid time off and holidays If you are a motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional client services, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
