*Who You Are*:
You have a problem-solving mindset with a passion for customer service.
The *Client Success Associate *will interact with the company’s clients by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
This role will greet, assist, and provide direction and information to clients, visitors, and other guests.
This individual can efficiently follow processes, think critically, and problem-solve.
*What You'll Do*:
Follow automation and workflows built within the CRM to ensure accurate tasks are completed promptly and data is stored for compliance and research purposes.
Update CRM, trading software, and custodial platforms to ensure client data points are consistent and up to date.
Communicate with Advisors regarding meeting prep for prospects, clients, and plan/401k participants.
Perform new client onboarding, including drafting welcome letters and updating the CRM and other client systems.
Participate in training and information-sharing meetings scheduled for the operations team.
Plan and execute all firm client events.
Manage, collect, and maintain email marketing records required to track, review, and modify the performance of marketing initiatives within MailChimp.
Manage Advisor calendars and schedule appointments.
Maintain inventory of office and kitchen supplies; order new supplies as needed.
Sort incoming mail and deliver it to the appropriate department or individual; process outgoing mail.
Answer phones, direct calls to appropriate individuals, and prepare messages.
Complete ad hoc client requests and answer Advisor questions in person, by email, or by phone.
*What We’re Looking for in a Candidate:*
Bachelor’s degree specializing in Accounting/Finance or equivalent work experience
Seven-plus years of office/ customer service experience
Three-plus years of financial experience in a professional setting is preferred
Experience with CRM(Redtail), trading software, and portfolio accounting software preferred
Attention to detail and accuracy while balancing multiple tasks and projects
Self-motivated, diligent, hard-working, accountable, positive attitude
