is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and possess the ability to consistently deliver impeccable customer service.
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for taking orders via phone, fax, email, or in person, communicating and assisting customers over the phone, making proactive outbound phone calls to customers, processing orders, and generally assisting the customer or other employees in any way possible.
