Customer Service Intake Specialist

*Responsibilities include but are not limited to:* - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Promote additional products and services to customers when appropriate - Communicate effectively assist customers - Conduct outbound calls and messages to follow up on customer inquiries, sales leads, and follow up visits.
