Customer Service Representative

Stanley Steemer, a nationally recognized service industry franchise with multi-locations, is seeking a Customer Service Representative for its headquarters in Byron Center Michigan.
Shift hours will be from 9:30AM to 6:00PM with some flexibility on those times.
\*Full and part-time positions available.
Pay Scale: Depends on previous work history and job duties with a Minimum of $13 an hour.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Answer inbound customer telephone calls; present additional services/products and obtain accurate order information according to scripted procedures.
* Schedule customer service orders according to procedures; is accurate and thorough to provide all pertinent details that will enhance customers’ service experience.
* Respond to and resolve customer complaints with empathy and helpfulness * Implements and supports all company policies and procedures * Performs such other and/or additional duties as may be assigned from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS: * Must have great communication skills with customers and staff * Excellent customer service skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Word * Strong analytical and problem solving skills * Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task How you’ll succeed: * By using effective interpersonal communication skills to schedule carpet cleaning services to customers * Using customer service skills to present and answer questions about services and products to customers * Having fun and providing value to your performance-driven team We care about YOU!
