The Opportunity: The Client Service Executive (CSE) will work closely with the Client Executive (CE) to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
In cooperation with the CE, the CSE helps develop benefit strategy through careful planning and adherence to the Written Service Timeline.
The CSE coordinates with other team members including Client Service Consultant, Customer Service Associates and Analysts to ensure our team executes each customers’ blueprint strategic imperatives.
The CSE will also play a critical sales role in adding new lines of coverage on existing client accounts.
The goal is to retain 100% of our clients, understanding that acquisitions and changes sometimes result in client attrition.
Are You A Match? The Client Service Executive (CSE) will service a book of business out one of our Michigan offices and needs to have exceptional communication skills, relationship development, and the ability to effectively multi-task.
This individual will need to be a self-directed team player and driven by prompt, accurate, and thoughtful service to clients.
With 10+ years’ experience in the large group and alternate funding market, the successful candidate will need (or able to obtain) a life and health license in good standing.
In This Role You Will Execute On: Support the Client Executives at the client level by attending all meetings.
Drive compliance with Client Engagement Strategy and adherence to Written Service Timeline (WSTL).
Delegate appropriate assignments to the internal support team.
Work with Client Executive to determine annual renewal strategy and coordinate RFPs with Analysts.
Act as first review of proposals prior to submitting to Client Executive.
Coordinate and prepare claims analytics with Analyst in accordance with client schedule.
Prepare open enrollment materials.
Coordinate online enrollment systems with Analysts.
Conduct implementation and onboarding meetings with clients as needed.
Conduct compliance review/execution meetings with clients (with Client Executive, as needed).
Understanding and adoption of Hylant Sales Tools & Processes.
Develop an internal and external network of subject matter experts to expand the core knowledge of the Employee Benefits Team.
Represent Hylant in the community by participating in community activities.
