Customer Service

Duties: - Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the food service area - Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register - Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies - Follow food safety procedures and guidelines - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns Experience: - Previous experience in a food service or customer service role is preferred but not required - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team - Basic math skills for cash handling Note: This job description is a general outline of duties performed and is not intended to be an exhaustive list of responsibilities.
