The Opportunity:
The Client Service Specialist is responsible to consistently & effectively develop, enhance and solidify client relationships by providing exceptional customer service in accordance with Hylant standards.
Provide a high level of support to fellow team members in the handling of new & renewal business, enabling continuous growth & development of insurance knowledge & professionalism to the highest level possible.
Hylant operates in a hybrid work environment with a minimum of 2 days in office and the opportunity to work remotely the remaining 3 days.
In office requirements may be greater at the early stages of employment or based on business need.

The Client Service Specialist is driven by prompt, accurate and thoughtful service to clients by consistently responding to inquiries within 24 hours of receipt.
With 5+ years’ experience in this space you will need a valid Ohio insurance license in good standing.
In This Role You Will Execute On:
Manage a small book of business in direct support of local office operations
Master and execute servicing/processing tasks (such as issuance of certificates of insurance, etc.
) and other related service tasks within the Agency Management System/EPIC while utilizing appropriate naming conventions and activities
Provide prompt, accurate & thoughtful service to clients by consistently responding to internal and external client inquiries within 24 hours of when they are received
Produce accurate and thorough documents using word and excel in order to meet deadlines
Assist in the facilitation of the Client Engagement Strategy including scheduling, creating of documents, documentation in EPIC, etc.
Organize and market new business submissions, in collaboration with other team members and stakeholders
