Customer Service Representative

Support position with responsibilities focused upon complete and courteous communication with the customers and dissemination of the customer requirements into the Clarion systems.
Pull into Clarion's ERP system customer releases received by EDI from Clarion's provider.
Enter other cum based and non-cum based orders into Clarion's ERP system as needed.
Coordinate customer requests for increases with scheduling and purchasing, as needed, to ensure sufficient raw materials can be made available to support the increase.
Effective, efficient, and professional communications with customers.
Maintain calendar of customer downtimes for use by the entire organization.
