Customer Relations Specialist

Customer Relations Specialist Parker-Arntz Plumbing and Heating is hiring a Customer Relations Specialist! This candidate will develop, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns that will build awareness and generate customer engagement and retention.
Responsibilities: Initiate and maintain communication with existing and previous customers and inform the customer base of service contracts and enhancements that may be of interest.
Coordinate with outside vendors to develop and manage marketing content.
Communicate with the current customer base via phone and email.
Provide product and service information to customers by answering questions.
Build and maintain a network of sources from which to identify new leads.
Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction with email and phone follow up.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate has a former HVAC/mechanical background as it relates to multi- family construction.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Former experience in existing vendor/client communication.
Former experience following a script related to services.
Solid presentation and interpersonal skills with proven ability to develop and maintain effective business partnerships.
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm.
This is an in office position at this time.
