Job Summary: The CR Intern will focus on specific process improvement projects that directly support the 2024 corporate strategy.
Scope of Project: To eliminate waste and improve the process of finding product information within Byrne
Identify ChatBot solution to serve as an external source of information for Byrne.
Through the governance process select a solution and create a MAP which will include:
Process
Auditing
Prototyping
Testing
Launching
Sustainability Plan
Experience and General Skills Required:

Education Requirements:
The ideal candidate is pursuing a degree in customer relations, project management, business
Candidates should be entering their junior or senior year or enrolled in a graduate program.
Internship Details & Schedule: This is a paid onsite internship to be completed over the summer of 2024.
The timetable of this internship is flexible, depending upon candidate needs.
